As a Teacher

Brett has been a PGA Member since 1996, and is a 3 time nominee for the Illinois PGA “Teacher of the Year” Award.  He won the Illinois PGA Teacher of the Year award in 2008. Brett is has also been nominated 3 times for Illinois Junior Golf leader, finishing runner - up twice.  Over 23 juniors have gone on to play college golf under his tutelage. His teaching and coaching background is well diversified and includes being a Head Instructor for The Golf Digest Golf Schools. Brett has written numerous instructional tips, produced various golf videos, and appeared on both Comcast Sports Net and Fox Sports Net “Golf Chicago.” For three years he was a Golf Coach at Northwestern University and has coached and instructed top collegiate and PGA Tour players.

As a Player

Brett has competed in more than 600 tournaments and received a scholarship to play college golf at the University of Miami (FL). Highlights of his playing career include: Ranked in the TOP 20 among IPGA Professionals nine out of the last 10 years, 4 time Qualifier of the PGA Professional National Championship, 2007 and 2008 RADIX CUP MEMBER (1st alt in 2009), 2006 IPGA Match Play Championship Semi Finalist, Winning 2003 IPGA Stroke Play #3, qualifying for the 1999 Motorola Western Open, He was also a 3 time IHSA All State Golfer and has won over 50 tournaments as a professional and amateur.

As a Student

Brett continues to take lessons, attend teaching seminars and summits, and continues to be educated on the latest technology and training systems in the game. After 30+ years competing and over 20+ teaching, I have learned 1 thing, "NEVER STOP LEARNING."
