Best gift list for a golfer under $100

As the holidays are fast approaching I thought I would see if I could help out those who have a golfer on their list.  What to get that golfer for under $100?

Here are 9 ideas from me and yes they are ranked top gift to bottom IMO:

1) A 45 min lesson with me or another top PGA Teaching Professional in your area or in my network.
OK so cost is exactly 100 bucks for this with me,  but look what you get for it!  A lesson from a top teacher, video analysis of your swing, an email review of the lesson that you can save and view forever, a smartphone link to the lesson so the lesson will travel with you at all times, the knowledge that the next time you go to the range you will know exactly what to work on, piece of mind that you gave the person something they can and will use!

2) A 45 min club fitting session with Brett Packee or another top fitter.  PGA Professionals are very knowledgeable and you should use this knowledge to purchase you next golf equipment to be assured you are getting fit RIGHT!

3) A BenderStik.  For under $100 this is a great training aid

4) A fitness session with a professional trainer with golf background.  A great gift, so the golfer on your list can work out and learn the exercises they should be doing and how to do them all winter long.  Athletic Republic is a great place to start!

5) Last year model hybrid or putter. I love hooking up my students with older models because in most cases they are fantastic clubs at a fraction of the cost of new models and THEY ARE JUST AS GOOD. There are great deals to be had for sure! Try and get fit by professional.

6) Mizuno outerwear. By far some of the best product I have in my wardrobe.

7) A gift certificate for a round of golf at their favorite place.  Almost all courses I know offer gift certificates and this is something all golfers will appreciate.  There are plenty of great deals out there!

8) A ticket to a PGA Tour event in your area. This IS an awesome idea - should be ranked 2A.  Better #8 than not being on list at all

9)  2 dozen balls of choice - of course they wont have much impact and wont last long.

Happy Holidays!

That's a GREAT list Brett. I like #3. I was JUST talking about you and that training aid... today actually. That is a good way of thinking outside the box for a gift!
